TEN GURU'S OF SIKHS AND GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI

Basics of Sikhism-:

Sikhism is a monotheistic (belief in ne God) religion founded in fifteenth century.  Sikhism was born in Punjab on the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev JI and ten successful Sikh Guru’s. It is also recognized as the fifth largest religion in he world. Sikhism is also one the largest growing religions in the world with almost 20 million followers. The word Sikhism is derived from the word Sikh, which in Punjabi means to learn the instructions of the guru. The names of the ten guru’s are as follows-:
1.     Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
2.     Guru Angad Dev Ji.
3.     Guru Amar Das Ji.
4.     Guru Ram Das Ji.
5.     Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
6.     Guru Har Gobind Ji.
7.     Guru Har Rai Ji.
8.     Guru Har Krishan Ji.
9.     Guru Teg Bahadur Ji.
10. Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
